- You will have everything you need to succeed in your chosen marathon with this program. From strength training to injury prevention, you will receive up to date and current information from health professionals who are in the industry.
- You will be well-prepared for race day. Plus, the weekly tips and advice will keep you motivated throughout your training. With this program, not only do you get all of the necessary tools and resources that you need in order to successfully complete a marathon, but you also become part of an amazing community of runners who are there to support and encourage you every step of the way.
